Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. GXGX Link does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control may cause temporary unavailability. We will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
Please note: The gxgx link platform is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. Participation in games involves real financial risk and gxgx link cannot be held responsible for gaming losses incurred on the platform by any player.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gxgx link's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
GXGX Link reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice if, in our reasonable judgment, the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continuation of the account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform.
Players may close their own gxgx link account at any time by contacting customer support. Requests to close accounts will be processed within five business days. Any remaining balance in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements that have not been met) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification.
